Africa Operations Coordinator

Komatsu is the 2nd largest worldwide manufacturer of construction, mining and utility equipment, and also delivers forest machines and logistics.

At this moment we are looking for an Africa Operations Coordinator.

Africa Operations Coordinator 

Responsibilities: 

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for: 

  • Instruction and coordination for Production & Logistics schedule
  • Stock management 
  • Making quotation within set guidelines
  • Communication with distributor & factory & Komatsu regional office in Africa
  • Documentation management including ordering operation
  • Cross functional coordination with Marketing/Finance/Aftermarket for Transaction
  • Input to making sales forecast and control actual sales
  • Calculating transfer price based on guidelines set
  • Export control
  • Trouble shooting 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Numerical literacy, excellent communication skills, commercial feeling
  • Languages: English is mandatory, French is a plus
  • Flexible, positive, open minded, initiative to perform, pro-active behavior, reliable, assertive, team player, Social/Outgoing, Entrepreneurships
