Your Impact: 

As a Business Analyst within our African Division, you will be at the heart of our strategic growth. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to critical SOX rules and maintaining impeccable data structures. Your insights will shape the future of sales activities and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the African region, from orders and invoicing to subsidies and discounts.

Responsibilities: 

Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of critical tasks:

  • Monitor and Enhance Sales Activities: Oversee the full spectrum of sales-related metrics, from orders and stock levels to invoicing and subsidies, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Empower Finance Reporting: Provide finance with precise, well-documented, and timely data, enabling accurate and insightful reporting that drives informed decision-making.
  • Pricing and Financial Excellence: Analyze pricing structures, ensuring robust budget controls for subsidies and maintaining competitiveness in the market. Uphold the highest standards of financial authorization and documentation.
  • Market Intelligence: Uncover insights that shape our market share strategies. Identify challenges and propose effective solutions, contributing to our ongoing success.
  • Corporate Agenda Documentation: Support the documentation of our Africa corporate agenda, ensuring meetings are meticulously documented and tracked. Align these efforts with our business clock milestones, including Business Plans, EMC Africa meetings, Forecasts exercises, SIOP, and DB quarterly meetings.
  • Engaging Reporting: Craft compelling presentations for corporate reporting, effectively conveying complex information to diverse audiences.

Your Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should bring the following attributes:

  • A degree in Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Analytical prowess to unravel complex challenges and extract actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles.
  • Proficiency in marketing analysis techniques.
  • Strong reporting skills, transforming data into compelling narratives.
  • A flair for presentations that captivate and inform.
  • Excellent communication skills, combined with a structured and organized approach.
  • A knack for problem-solving and a deep grasp of sales, marketing, and financial basics (P&L & BS).
