At this moment we are looking for a Credit Collection Coordinator.

It is the responsibility of the position holder that the Komatsu SOX policies and SOX procedures are followed.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate feasibility of incoming letter of credit and review documentation prepared by operation dept. prior to presenting to banks.
  • Update credit risk follow up files and prepare KEPO daily credit report.
  • Follow up payment confirmation from Distributors and prepare file for Control & Accounting department.
  • Contact Distributors for collecting overdues.
  • Inform Distributors on available credit lines.
  • Netting preparation for distributors.
  • Prepare month end tasks and reporting: preparing and sending statements of account /collection letters + prepare monthly reports.
  • Prepare and maintain forecast of account receivables to manage credit lines
  • Preparation of sox report for credit department.


  • Back up for Credit Risk department
  • Ad hoc support for project(s)


  • Bachelor - Master in Finance, Economics, Accounting etc. or equivalent by experience
  • Strong administrative skills, IT literate and in-depth knowledge of MS Excel/Office.
  • Knowledge of letter of credit is a plus
  • Being able to work independently, accurate, pro-active approach, well organized, flexible, teamplayer, fast learning attitude . Open for working in a multi-national environment with different cultures.
  • English, any other European language is an asset
  • 2 years first experience.
