Komatsu is the 2nd largest worldwide manufacturer of construction, mining and utility equipment, and also delivers forest machines and logistics.

Customer Success Manager

Mission

Strengthen our European customer satisfaction and continue optimizing the Smart Construction (SC) Department and our partners as a Customer-centric organization in the digital transformation process of their earthmoving processes. 

Responsibilities

  • You define and roll-out a strategic roadmap and action plan on "where we want to go" in terms of customer satisfaction, value generation & customer experience.
  • Gathering customer value data through studies of customer processes (both business and construction)
  • Auditing solution value achievement in the customer base, identifying elements of over or under achievement of value to help the technical team make adjustments to the solution or for the business process team to help the customer achieve the targeted value.
  • Working together with other members of the SC team to undertake market survey activity as part of the strategic direction of SC in Europe
  • Exchanging customer value studies with our global colleagues to share knowledge & experience worldwide.
  • Assisting the Commercial Manager in establishing customer value targets based on business process studies.
  • Contributing to the solution pricing decisions for new solutions
  • Translating customer studies into financial data  


Profile Requirements:

  • Master level required, technical educational background preferred but not mandatory
  • You are very strongly customer minded.
  • Have the ability to implement change and actions.
  • You are able to gather information & data, process it and present in executive summaries.
  • Been an excellent human and project leader
  • Work in a structured way
  • Good communicator
  • Open mindset
  • English (main communication language), French, German knowledge is an added value
