As a Distributor Support Agent, you are first contact point for customers regarding order handling. After getting customer requests, you will inform customers on how to place the order for the quickest response, balancing customer care and Komatsu possibilities. You always do this in close communication with the Regional and Product managers. After this step, you provide customers with correct initial quotations taking into account actual data like price, freight costs, standard commission levels, etc. You are then responsible for order registration, follow up of all these orders & availability and invoicing. Close communication with all internal departments is crucial for this role.
