At this moment we are looking for a Finance Data Analyst.

Finance Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is a key player of the Planning and Control Department producing and ensuring the reporting correctness in line with the defined KEISA Africa defined processes and ALM, analyzing the sales process, the demand and competitors activities aiming at improving KEISA Africa and its Db’s performance.

Responsibilities:

Check if all SOX rules in relation to the authorization matrix are respected and if the data has a logical structure

• Monitor sales activities and KPI’s for Africa
  a. Orders / Order on hand / Stock
  b. Invoicing
  c. Subsidies / discounts
• Provide finance with accurate data, documented and timely information for reporting purpose
• Monitor and analyse pricing:
  a. Subsidies (SIA) budget control – sales support for KFE
  b. Pricing Competitiveness 
  c. Respect of ALM authorization and documentation
• Market Share reporting and analysis – identification of issues and solutions proposals
• Support the documentation of the Africa corporate agenda – monitoring, documentation and follow-up of the meetings in line with the business clock i.e. Business Plan, EMC Africa meeting, Forecasts exercise, SIOP, DB quarterly meeting
• Presentation for Corporate reporting 

Requirements:

• Bachelor - Master in Marketing or Financial degree or equivalent by experience
• Analytical skills
• Financial basics (P&L, BS)
• Marketing analysis
• Reporting skills
• Presentation skills
• Excel
• Good communicator, organized and structured, problem solving, good understanding of sales and marketing
• Being able to work independently, accurate, pro-active approach, well organized, flexible, team player, fast learning attitude . Open for working in a multi-national environment with different cultures
• Willing to travel (Japan/Africa/Europe/US)
• Ambitious
• English, French and any other European language is an asset
