The Key user & Systems owner Smart Construction is member of the agile team of Smart Construction, accountable for the product build and continuous improvements once in production. responsible for the implementation of Smart Construction software packages into the EU market and provide feedback to the development team. As key user & systems owner he is responsible for the “what” (functional requirements) – not the “how” (technical design/solution). The Key user & Systems owner Smart Construction has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept that a project is completed. He will take care of the customer/ partner requests related to API and data made available on the Landlog platform. He also assists in integration and acceptance testing, supports the development of training and implementation material, leads the implementation and provides second line post-implementation support. He provides technical and professional guidance to the “Smart Construction Advisory Expert” and where required by the (local) situation do so in a “person management” role.
