At this moment Komatsu is looking for a Mining marketing product support manager.  

Mining marketing product support manager


  • Business Development Support (Supporting distributors customer’s site visit in Africa)
  • Be first point of contact for mining customers and distributor regarding all sales inquiries and be in charge for the pro-active follow up of their requests. 
  • Make quotation and initiate to coordinate business structure.
  • Product Marketing (specs, applications, TCO, tender support) support to distributors
  • Market Analysis, collect market information
  • Coordination for Key account customers
  • Team coordination for Marketing/Finance/Aftermarket and so on for all transaction
  • Trouble shooting with customers & distributors


  • University degree (engineering) or equal by experience 
  • Min.10 years of experience with mining heavy equipment & Africa business
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office software
  • Good communication skills
  • Open-minded, pro-active, customer focused, flexible, stress resistant
  • English is mandatory, French is a plus
