Operations Administrator (Africa Division)

At this moment we are looking for a Operations Administrator (Africa Division).

Operations Administrator (Africa Division) 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Documentation management including ordering operation
  • Communication with distributor & factory & Komatsu regional office in Africa 
  • Input data for order fulfilment & export control
  • Data collection through website & various sources 
  • Handling correspondence, greeting requests, writing reports, doing paperwork and updating records 

Other responsibilities

  • Distributors: Daily phone, email communication with Sales Administration from Distributors about availability, reservations, planned shipments, other/transport details etc.
  • 3rd PL: Daily phone, email communication with 3PL to coordinate the assembly and transport the equipment
  • Internal department: Internal communication with colleagues from sales, logistics, factories,  product manager, product service support, export control and etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor - Master in Finance, Economics, Accounting etc. or equivalent by experience
  • Excellent communication skills/commercial feeling
  • Being able to work independently, accurate, pro-active approach, well organized, flexible, teamplayer, fast learning attitude . Open for working in a multi-national environment with different cultures.
  • English, any other European language is an asset
  • Logistics & L/C experience is a plus
