Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Komatsu is the 2nd largest worldwide manufacturer of construction, mining and utility equipment, and also delivers forest machines and logistics.

At this moment Komatsu is looking for an Order Fulfillment Coordinator.

Instruction and coordination of Production & Logistics schedule
Stock management
Making quotation within set guidelines
Communication with distributor, factory & Komatsu regional office in Africa
Documentation management including ordering operation
Cross functional coordination with Marketing/Finance/Aftermarket for Transaction
Input for sales forecast and control of actual sales
Calculating transfer price based on guidelines set
Export control
Trouble shooting

University graduate (preferred major: Economics/Accounting) or equal by experience
Numerical literacy, excellent communication skills & commercial feeling
Flexible, positive, open minded, initiative to perform, pro-active behavior, reliable, assertive, team player, Social/Outgoing, Entrepreneurships, Good understanding of diversity : nationality & culture
English mandatory, French is a plus
