Responsibilities

As a Sales Planning Analyst, you will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (Distributors performance, market trends, etc.) to provide valuable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Coordination of the Sales Reporting System: coordinate the system activities across multiple Plants and Distributors, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Offer guidance and support users, maintaining stable reporting processes.
  • BI Implementation: Support the implementation and maintenance of BI tools (Qlik Sense and Board) for European Sales Planning department, providing user assistance, training, and automating reports.
  • Forecasting Support: Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis for monthly/quarterly forecast preparation. Prepare materials for meetings and contribute to the Executive Summary.
  • Market Statistics Activities: Gather, analyze, and share Market Statistics data and participate in relevant activities.
  • Additional Tasks: Prepare lead time reports, assist in market research, and contribute to other pertinent tasks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in economics, statistics, or mathematics.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related analytical role.
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, and knowledge of another European language is a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Board), VBA for Excel, and Power Query is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt to different IT programs and tasks.
