  • Maintain efficient communication procedures with distributors and quality assurance departments of each plant, with one face to the customer
  • Organize periodic service meetings with DB’s and progress to closure all actions concerning technical commercial and KPI’s. Visit customers to resolve technical and commercial issues, also promote new product features and service tools
  • Promote machine and parts sales during JoiFUL meetings with customers, progressing activity using Joint Follow Up Log with timely closure of actions to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Answer Technical Service Information (TSI) requests from distributors and raise Emergency Technical Service Information (ETSI) to Plants where investigation is required. Respond to SIR, e-mail and telephone requests for DB Support
  • Identify potential Juhin and support activity to achieve speedy resolution
  • Judge policy warranty claims for DB’s and participate in DB audits
  • Support SOK activity and drive DB improvement activity
  • Provide training and develop the use of Komatsu ICT service tools, such as Komtrax.
  • Provide on-site product training


  • University degree in Engineering discipline or similar through experience
  • 4 years repairing and troubleshooting on construction machines
  • Customer relations & communication skills, Analytical & technical insight
  • Language skills: English (other languages German, French, Italian, Spanish are an asset)
  • Driving license
