1.2. Any notion starting with a capital shall be defined by explicit reference in this Cookie Policy. Where possible given the context, singular words shall be interpreted as also including the plural and vice versa. To make sure we have the same understanding of what is written here, it is important that certain notions are interpreted in the same way by you and by us.

    • Sitecore: The cookies placed by Sitecore are a session cookie “SC_ANALYTICS_SESSION_COOKIE” and a permanent cookie (life span 10 years) “SC_ANALYTICS_GLOBAL_COOKIE” to handle its internal analytics tracking.

    • Microsoft Application InsightsThe cookies placed by Application Insights are ai_session”, a unique anonymous session identifier cookie and a permanent cookie (life span 1 year) “ai_user” enabling counting of the number of users accessing the application.

  • HubSpot: places 4 cookies: __hssc, __hssrc, __hstc and hubspotutk .
  • hubspotutk : This cookie keeps track of a visitor's identity. It is passed to HubSpot on form submission and used when deduplicating contacts. It contains an opaque GUID to represent the current visitor. It expires in 6 months.
  • __hssrc is a session cookie. 
  • __hssc is a cookie that keeps track of sessions. It is used to determine if HubSpot should increment the session number and timestamps in the __hstc cookie. It also contains the domain. It expires after 30 minutes. 
  • __hstc is the main cookie for tracking visitors. It contains the domain, utk, initial timestamp (first visit), last timestamp (last visit), current timestamp (this visit), and session number (increments for each subsequent session).
    It expires in 6 months.

5.2. KOMATSU relies on third party processors to provide you the Website as well as to process your personal data on our behalf. These third party processors are only allowed to process your personal data on behalf of KOMATSU upon explicit written instruction of KOMATSU. KOMATSU warrants that all third party processors are selected with due care and are obliged to observe the safety and integrity of your personal data.  Our Website may be developed, maintained or hosted by third parties. Similarly, we rely on the services of third parties such as cloud providers to process your personal data internally.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

7.4. You have the right to request that personal data pertaining to you will be deleted if they are no longer required in light of the purposes which are outlined above or if you withdraw your consent for processing them. An e-mail requesting to exercise a right shall not be construed as consent with the processing of your personal data beyond what is required for handling your request. Such request should clearly state and specify which right you wish to exercise and the reasons for it if such is required. It should also be dated and signed, and accompanied by a digitally scanned copy of your valid identity card proving your identity. 
KOMATSU will promptly inform you of having received this request. If the request proves valid, KOMATSU shall notify it as soon as reasonably possible and at the latest thirty (30) days after having received the request.
