Vilvoorde, December 2025 — Komatsu Europe is pleased to announce an important development in its German distribution network. Schlüter, a long-standing and valued Komatsu distributor in Germany, will assume responsibility from January 1, 2026 for the territory currently covered by Ritter & Schwald.
As part of this transition, R&S will become an authorized dealer operating under Schlüter.
This strategic adjustment strengthens Komatsu’s commitment to delivering high-quality products, exceptional service, and a consistent customer experience throughout Germany. By combining Schlüter’s market expertise and R&S’ regional presence, customers will benefit from a broader and more integrated service network.

Under the new structure, Schlüter will manage all sales, service, and support activities in the former R&S region, while R&S will operate as a dealer partner under Schlüter, ensuring continuity for local customers. The transition process will be carefully managed to maintain uninterrupted service and support.
