- Legal representative verification, ensuring the person reviewing the Terms and Conditions is authorized to act on behalf of the company.
- Acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions by means of a digital signature.
If the updated Terms and Conditions are accepted: Komatsu and your distributor can continue to provide connected services.
